Living
Accommodation is available at Cobrey Farms for seasonal workers. Please see below for more information about our accommodation, and our facilities.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available on site at Cobrey farms; staff will be allocated a mobile home or a portacabin depending on the site. Each mobile home/portacabin will be shared with 4-6 others. The mobile homes consist of a lounge, a bathroom and 2-3 bedrooms. Furniture is provided, including: tables, chairs, a cooker, a fridge and heaters. However, you are required to provide your own cooking and eating utensils, and bed linen. Portacabins include a communal living room and eating facilities. If you decide to stay off-site, you will need to make your own arrangements to travel to work.
The price for the accommodation is at a competitive rate of £44.80 per week. Gas bottles can be purchased on-site; the cost will be split between all members of the caravan.
Facilities available onsite
There are a number of recreation facilities available on-site for staff to use, such as football and volleyball pitches, a computer room with Wi-Fi, table tennis and pool tables, and a television room.
We have an on-site shop that provides essential items such as bread and milk, and practical items such as waterproofs, gloves and wellies. If you require anything that is not stocked please let us know and we will see if there is a demand. There are also laundry facilities available for an additional charge.

How we will support you while you are here.
We issue each member of staff with a free minibus ticket where they can take a trip into Ross on Wye once a week.
If you need to attend the doctors, dentist or hospital during your stay at Cobrey Farms, we will help you book the appointment and take you there.
We encourage people to take part in our organised football and table tennis tournaments. We also arrange an end of season party at the end of asparagus season to celebrate our staff’s hard work.
Cobrey Farms has a dedicated Welfare Team that is there to support you during your stay. Their support includes allocation of mobile homes, induction training, campsite maintenance and translation services.
If you have any work-related issues, the harvest or packhouse managers are there to help you.
We always welcome feedback from our employees and have a suggestion box that enables us to improve the facilities for our staff.
