Cobrey Farms has two sites in the County of Suffolk. These are the smallest of Cobrey Farms sites.
These sites are operational between April and July with only asparagus being harvested here.
Campsite 1
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in portacabins, which are split into 2 separate rooms, each room sleeping 4 people. In each room you have 2 bunkbeds, one fridge and shelves to put your belongings in.
There is a communal kitchen for all residents to use with fridges, ovens, microwaves, kettles and toasters. There is also a dining area with tables and chairs.
The bathrooms are also communal with 4 people using one bathroom and one toilet.
The price for the accommodation here is £70.70 per week, with free electricity and gas.
Facilities on Site
There is a communal living area with sofas and a table and chairs as well as an outside area with picnic benches where you can have BBQ’s. There is a table tennis and pool table available for you to use in your free time.
There is a laundry room with washing machines that you can use free of charge.
There is free WI-FI on site that you can use.
Local Amenities.
The local village is only a 20-minute walk from the campsite where there is a small shop, petrol station and a pub. Aldeburgh is a lovely town by the beach and you can get there within an hour and a half walking.
There is also a bus that goes from outside of the campsite that runs regularly to Ipswich which is a larger city.
Campsite 2
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for you in mobile homes which sleep between 4 and 6 people. If you are coming with friends or family, you can request to share the accommodation with them. Each mobile home consists of a lounge, a bathroom and 2-3 bedrooms. Furniture is provided, including: tables, chairs, cooker, fridge and heaters. You will need to provide cooking and eating utensils and bed linen. We will make sure the accommodation is clean and tidy when you arrive, and it is your responsibility to keep it clean during your stay. There are 10 mobile homes at this site.
The price for the accommodation is £49 per week. You will receive one full Gas bottle when you arrive, and any future ones can be purchased on site and split between all occupants of the mobile home.
Facilities on Site.
There is a laundry room with washing machines on site that you can use free of charge. There is also a communal room with a pool table, darts and sofas to relax in.
Local Amenities
The nearest town is Lowersoft where there is shops, supermarkets, pubs and clubs. There is a bus stop near to the campsite with a regular bus service.
How we support you in Suffolk.
The Team living at Campsite 1 is quite small and has a friendly, family feel to it. One of the management team will be able to help you should you need to attend a dentist, doctor or visit the hospital. We will take you and translate, taking the stress out for you!
We will take you twice per week to the nearest supermarket for shopping, which is free of charge.
We regularly have BBQ’s and parties at the site, so you can relax in your spare time.
We will support you with allocation of accommodation, induction training, campsite maintenance and translation services.
