• Cobrey Farms employs hundreds of people for seasonal work with a peak season from March through to September
• The work is varied and includes asparagus and blueberry harvest, asparagus and blueberry packing, potato grading, polythene tunnel erection and tree and vine pruning
• Accommodation is provided on-site in large caravans accommodating between 4 and 6 people each
• All workers are paid according to the Agricultural Wages Order with significant overtime and bonus pay available for good workers
