Cobrey Farms has a history of investing heavily in the research and development of new crops, varieties and growing techniques. One particular area of expertise is season extension for traditional UK produce, which is being achieved in an increasingly environmental sustainable manner whilst improving the taste, and consistency of the produce.

Our business is a leader in the application of science and innovation on a commercial scale to improve produce quality and flavour, increase sustainability, reduce produce costs, and increase season length. New crops under development include:  Purple asparagus, Rhubarb, Sea Kale, Edamame beans, Sorrel, Blueberries…
